Only a few days have passed since the 61-year-old Christina Sandera, Clint Eastwood’s longtime girlfriend, passed away.
She passed away on July 18 after a heart attack, it has been learned.
The Post received confirmation from a Monterey County Health Department representative that Sandera’s heart arrhythmia caused his death. The philanthropist’s secondary cause of death was identified as atherosclerotic coronary artery disease.
One day after the death of his ten-year spouse, Eastwood, ninety-four, made a statement to The Hollywood Reporter on July 19.
“I will miss Christina very much; she was a lovely, caring woman,” he remarked.
A Warner Bros. representative stated at the time that no further details would be given.
The actor’s Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, is where Sandera worked as a hostess when the two first met, according to THR, more than ten years ago.
Although they kept their relationship quiet, Eastwood and Sandera attended a number of red carpet events together, including their first in 2015. They began dating in 2014.
